These terms govern your use of ToteRack, provided by 530 Studios LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use ToteRack.
Subscriptions and billing
- ToteRack is free to start. Pro features are available via subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Purchases are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings. A lifetime purchase is a single charge, not a subscription.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Your content
The items, photos, and notes you add are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you as part of the service. Don't upload content that is unlawful or that infringes others' rights.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' data.
Disclaimer
ToteRack is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it isn't a substitute for your own records of valuable property.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 530 Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using ToteRack and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
